Exporting Grid Analyses to PDF
When you click PDF or Print on grid analyses, a window of PDF Options or Print Options opens. The options on both windows are the same and format the exported PDF.
The following table describes the available options for both PDF and Print:

|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Export | Whole Analysis: Exports the entire analysis, including all the pages. Portion displayed only: Exports only the page on the screen when PDF or Print is clicked. | ||||||||||||
| Scaling | Controls how the content is adjusted on each PDF page: Adjust font to __% of original size: Define the font size on a page. (100% is the default.) Fit to __ page(s) wide by __ tall: Specify the page measurements to which the contents will be fit. (1 by 1 is the default.) | ||||||||||||

| Page Header and Footer | Click Edit Custom Settings to program custom headers and footers. These customizations appear in addition to the default header and footer on all exported grid analyses.
 | ||||||||||||
| Analysis Header | Click Edit Custom Settings to select additional information to appear as a custom analysis header on the first page of the exported PDF file. You have the same options in the dropdown list as you do for the custom header; however, the analysis header always appears underneath the default left header (i.e., the Quality Advisor logo). Note: If you want the analysis Details included in the exported file, click Edit Custom Settings, select Report Details in the dropdown list, and click Apply. | ||||||||||||
| Show advanced options | Click this button to format the PDF with advanced options to adjust settings such as paper size, margins, and maximum header and footer sizes. Click Embed Fonts to use the font displayed in the grid in the browser window. | ||||||||||||
| Do not prompt me again | Saves the current selections as the default when exporting to PDF or Print. The next time you click Export, the current selections apply to the exported PDF automatically and the PDF and Print Options do not appear. If you want the PDF Options or Print Options window to appear the next time you PDF or print, go to Admin > Report Preferences. On the window that appears, click Print Reports (PDF) > Show options when exporting to PDF > Apply. On the Print Reports (PDF) window, you can also make desired changes to the default settings. | ||||||||||||
