ICD-10 Overview

ICD-10 is the tenth and latest revision of the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems, which is a list of codes for diseases, symptoms, abnormal findings, complaints, social circumstances, and external causes of injury. This list of medical classifications is created by the World Health Organization (WHO).
