Favorites

The Favorites feature enables you to save selections for one specific prompt.

Saving a New Favorite

To save a new favorite: 

1. Make your prompt selections, which display in the Selected box.
2. Select Save this as a Favorite. The Name field and Set as Default option display.
3. In the Name field, type in a name for the favorite.
4. Select the Save as Default option.
   Note: The default favorite is not indicated in the favorites list.
5. Run the analysis. The favorite is then saved.

Loading a New Favorite

To load a new favorite:

1. Access the prompt.
2. Click on the Load Favorite icon . A list displays containing previously saved favorites for the current prompt.
3. Select a favorite from the list. The Selected box is then populated with the selections that were saved as favorites.

Saving Changes to a Loaded Favorite

To save changes to a loaded favorite:

1. Load a saved favorite.
2. Make changes to the prompt selection by adding or removing selections from the Selected box.
3. Select Save this as a Favorite.The Name field and Set as Default option display.
   Note: The name for the loaded favorite automatically appears in the Name field.

4. Leave the current name in the Name field and run the analysis. The prompt changes are saved for the favorite, and when the favorite is loaded, the newly updated prompt selections will be loaded.

Saving a Favorite Based on a Loaded Favorite

To save a favorite based on a loaded favorite:

1. Load a saved favorite.
2. Make changes to the prompt selection by adding or removing selections from the Selected box.
3. Select Save this as a Favorite.The Name field and Set as Default option display.
   Note: The name for the loaded favorite automatically appears in the Name field.
4. Enter a new name in the Name field and run the analysis. The prompt changes are saved, and the new favorite displays in the Favorites list.

Renaming Favorites

To rename a favorite:

1. Access the prompt.
2. Click on the Load Favorite icon . A list displays containing previously saved favorites for the current prompt.
3. Click on the favorite you wish to rename.
4. Click More Options at the bottom of the list.
5. Click the icon. Then, when the prompt displays, enter the new name for your favorite.
6. Click OK. The favorite then displays by the new name in the Favorites list.

Deleting Favorites

To delete a favorite:

1. Access the prompt.
2. Click on the Load Favorite icon . A list displays containing previously saved favorites for the current prompt.
3. Click on the favorite you wish to delete.
4. Click More Options at the bottom of the list.
5. Click the icon. The message "Are you sure you wish to delete the Favorite?" displays.
6. Click OK. The favorite is then deleted from the Favorites list.
