Preparing Your Browser

For the best display results after a new release, we strongly recommend you clear your cache and delete any stored cookies. While it is usually not a time-consuming process, the total time required to clear the cache and delete cookies depends on how much data you have stored on your hard drive; typically, the more data on your hard drive, the longer the process.

Premier supported browsers include:

  • Microsoft Edge
  • Firefox
  • Chrome
  • Safari

Note: Starting in late Spring 2020, Premier will begin limiting support to only the current and prior versions for Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari and Microsoft Edge browsers. Please be sure to update your browser of choice on a regular basis.

Microsoft Edge

tip! A keyboard shortcut to skip steps 1- 4 is to press Ctrl + Shift + Delete together. Then proceed to step 5.

  1. Click the menu icon at the top right corner of the screen.

  2. Select "Settings" from the menu.

  3. Select "Privacy, search, and services" from the list of options on the left-hand side under Settings.

  4. Scroll down to Clear browsing data and click "Choose what to clear."

  1. Change the Time range at the top to All Time and check the boxes next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.

  1. Click on the Clear now button.

Firefox

  1. Open a Firefox browser.
  2. Click on the hamburger icon in the upper right.
  3. Select History > Clear Recent History.
  4. Make sure Cache is selected and then click on the Clear Now button.

Chrome

  1. Open a Chrome browser.
  2. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete together.
  3. Make sure that the "Cached images and files" option is checked.
  4. Click on the Clear browsing history button.
